TKG Consulting Engineers, Inc. recognize employees whose dedication to quality, innovation and productivity goes far beyond the norm. Employees nominate their peers in eight categories, and volunteer employee committees determine four levels of award winners ranging from local office awards to two companywide TKG- Professional of the Year Award. Local offices plan special events to celebrate their award recipients each year.

The Professional of the Year Award at TKG Consulting Engineers, Inc. strives to promote the accomplishments of our engineers by highlighting their engineering contributions and the resulting impact on society. The campaign is designed to enhance and improve the image of engineering by recognizing, diverse and talented engineers, thereby portraying engineering as an exciting profession open to everyone.
